Heat Transport in Nanometer-sized Thin Film Considering Phonon Scattering Boundary
This paper utilizes dual-phase-lags model to study the heat transfer in nanoscale thin film, which exists the simplicity as the Fourier heat conduction equation. The predicted results are compared with those computed by BTE to test the compatibility of the dual-phase-lag model. This study also elucidates the lag characteristics of dual-phase lag model and discusses the effects of parameters on the prediction of temperature profile in nanoscale thin film. Furthermore, two limit cases for dual-phase-lag model at infinite and zero ratio of temperature gradient lag to heat flux phase lag are discussed.
